My dad flew in on Tuesday and we have been having a lot of fun this past week. We took the kids to the Fall Festival at the church on Halloween, we had a great time and left with too much candy and a yummy chocolate cake that Katie won. We also went to take Katie to practice snowboarding at Loveland (she did awesome!) and then we went down to Dillon and walked around Dillon Lake - talk about beautiful! It was pretty chilly & windy because a cold front had just blown in but still really nice. On Saturday afternoon we went to see the Airforce Academy football team play Army (Westpoint), it was a really good game, Kobe was amazing and actually stayed in my lap watching the game the whole time. It warmed up to be a beautiful day, 70 degrees and sunny, we hadn't gone to a football game in a long time so we really enjoyed it - oh yeah, Airforce won. :)
My dad is leaving today and my mom is getting here so we are going to go to the zoo this morning and then go pick up my mom at the airport and drop my dad off. I love having my family here! :)
